Alden Hoshida, family lawyer, Spokane

A divorce is a hard year. It doesn't have to be a lost one.

I take divorces, parenting plans and prenuptial agreements for people in Spokane County and the towns around it. I handle each case myself, from the first meeting to the final order, and you'll always know what happens next.

Before you call

What I can promise, and what I can't

I can't promise how a judge will rule, and I won't tell you a case will be painless. What I can promise is that you'll know where things stand: my direct line, a written plan after our first meeting, and a copy of every paper filed in your name.

Most of my cases settle, by agreement or in mediation, because that's usually gentler on a family and easier on its savings. When one has to go before a judge, I prepare it from the first week as though it would.

    Attorney and founder

Alden grew up on Spokane's north side and spent his first years in practice at a larger firm downtown. He opened this office in 2011 to take fewer cases and see every one of them through. He's also a parent who has sat on your side of the table.
